These terms govern your purchase and use of the AI Creator Lab GTA-Style AI Animation Guide. Buying the guide means you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The GTA-Style AI Animation Guide is a digital educational product: a written, step-by-step guide covering the AI video production workflow across twelve modules. It is delivered as a download. It is not a physical product, not software, and not a subscription.
The guide is sold in two editions, English and Spanish. The price is $29.99 USD per edition, charged once. There are no recurring charges, and buying one edition does not include the other.
2. Licence and permitted use
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own creative work, including commercial work you produce yourself.
You may:
- use the techniques, prompt structures, and workflow taught in the guide in your own projects, including videos you monetise;
- keep a personal copy on your own devices.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the guide or any part of it;
- upload it to file-sharing sites, group chats, cloud folders, or course platforms;
- republish its contents as your own product, course, or written material;
- use it to train a machine-learning model or generate a derivative product for sale.
The guide, including its text, structure, and example prompts, remains the intellectual property of AI Creator Lab. Breaching this section terminates your licence without refund.
3. Delivery and access
Access is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, through the confirmation page and the receipt email from Stripe. If your download does not arrive or fails, email support@aicreatorlab.com with your receipt and we will restore access.
Access is intended to be permanent, including future revisions of the guide. We reserve the right to change the delivery method — for example moving from a direct download to a hosted library — provided your access is preserved.
4. What this product does and does not promise
The guide teaches a workflow. It does not guarantee any particular output, income, audience growth, or result.
- AI generation is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different results on different runs, and the guide teaches methods for reducing inconsistency, not eliminating it.
- Third-party tools referenced in the guide — image generators, video models, and editing software — are independent products. Their pricing, features, availability, and terms are controlled by their owners and can change or be discontinued at any time. AI Creator Lab does not control them and is not responsible for them.
- Some tools referenced may require their own paid subscription or credits, which are not included in this purchase.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any tool you use and with the law in your jurisdiction.
5. No affiliation
AI Creator Lab is an independent educational brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other company whose products may be referenced inside the guide. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and references are descriptive only.
“GTA-style” describes a visual genre of cinematic, stylised urban animation. It does not imply any licence to, or connection with, the Grand Theft Auto franchise. You are responsible for ensuring that work you create does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Creator Lab’s total liability arising from your purchase or use of the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost content, or costs incurred with third-party AI tools.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being revoked while the dispute is investigated.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the date you bought the guide.
