Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Every purchase, credit packs and done-for-you packages alike, is a one-time payment for a digital service. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is never a recurring charge to cancel.

Credits

Credits are used the moment something is made, because making it costs us real money. Credits have no cash value and are not refunded, whether or not they have been used. Results are not guaranteed to look a certain way, so try a small pack first.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. That is a credit back to your account, not a payment back.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, email angel@globalpresencemedia.com and we will cancel the duplicate charge.

Chargebacks

Please email us first if something is wrong. Accounts with a chargeback filed against them are suspended.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live that cannot be waived.
