Designated copyright agent
AI Creator Lab Studio
Attn: Copyright Agent

How to send a notice
Email the agent above with “Copyright notice” in the subject and include, as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) requires:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it (for example, the email address of the account and the approximate date);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
What we do
We act on complete notices promptly: the material is removed or disabled, the account holder is told, and they may send a counter-notice under the same law. We keep a record of notices, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider taking advice before writing.
Our own material
The example images on this site were generated by us from photographs of generated models, not customers. The look names, the prompts behind them, and the site itself are ours. The images you generate from your own photographs are yours; see the Terms.
