AI Creator Lab sells one product: a digital guide. This page explains exactly what information is collected when you visit this site or buy the guide, who handles it, and how to get it deleted.

1. Who is responsible for your data

AI Creator Lab (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells the GTA-Style AI Animation Guide. For questions, corrections, or deletion requests, contact support@aicreatorlab.com.

2. Information collected on this website

This site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies for tracking, does not embed advertising pixels, and does not run third-party analytics. Your browser choice of guide language is held only in the page while you are on it and is not stored or transmitted.

Your hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

3. Information collected when you buy

When you click the purchase button you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes the information needed to take payment, which typically includes:

• your name and email address;
• your payment card or wallet details;
• your billing address or country, where required for tax;
• transaction and fraud-prevention data collected by Stripe.

Your full card number never touches this website. We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfil and support your order: your name, your email address, the product purchased, the amount, and the last four digits of the card for reconciliation.

Stripe processes this information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Why we hold your information

• To deliver the guide you paid for — we need your email address to send or restore your download.
• To provide support — so we can find your order if something goes wrong.
• To meet legal and tax obligations — sales records must be retained for the period required by law.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

5. Email

Purchase confirmations and delivery emails are transactional: you receive them because you bought something. If you separately opt in to marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link and opting out takes effect immediately.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires (commonly seven years). Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. Anything not required by law is deleted on request.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a portable copy, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@aicreatorlab.com from the address you used at checkout. We will respond within 30 days.

Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained for tax or fraud-prevention purposes; in that case we will tell you what is being kept and why.

8. Children

This product is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and it will be deleted.

9. International transfers

Stripe and our hosting provider may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those providers maintain, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
